Happy breakfast!

Last week I found a jam that I now have fallen in love with! Its made out Saskatoon berry. A quick check at Wikipedia tells me that it is called “Sen häggmistel” in Swedish. I had never heard of it before, like a surprise like this! Saskatoon is a city in the province of Saskatchewan here in Canada and berry is… berry! Well, anyways – This jam! So good! Reminds me a little bit of black cherry, but it has its unique taste.
