Any necessary deviations from the course plans need to be decided by the Dean upon request by the Heads of departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of TS administration Thomas Strandberg acknowledges the brilliant achievement that is being done to adjust to the situation and how we can learn from these new ways of working also in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of MTM Katja Frid appreciates the strong evidence of collegial support and determination that she has experienced these past weeks. She urges everyone to find time for recreation this weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of unit at DM2 Henriette Lucander adresses ways we can cope with this stressful situation and has seen you all acting according to this quote &#8220;Start by doing what is necessary and then do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.&#8221; (Francis of Assisi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of unit at DM3 Johan Holmgren commends the collaboration and solidarity among colleagues in this new reality. Share experiences and ideas and help each other out. Find ways of staying social using digital media channels such as zoom fika breaks or similar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assistant head of MTM Henrik Hartman is impressed with everyone&#8217;s ability to transition to online teaching on such short notice. Use resources such as Yammer as well as fellow teachers and students to learn and share experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of DVMT Bo Peterson asks you to focus on giving the students good education considering this confusing and uncertain situation, instead of too much focus on the valid question of avoiding cheating. Let&#8217;s aim for good enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Vice-Chancellor Kerstin Tham personally sends her regards to all TS faculty and staff.
