That is a central question for Johan Salo, who started his PhD studies at the Department of Computer Science and Media Technology in March this year. On Tuesday he&nbsp;will present his research project in&nbsp;a startup seminar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When and where:<\/strong><br \/>\nTuesday 19 June at 13.15-14.00 in room NIA0602, Niagara building 6th floor<\/p>\n<p>Johan Salo&#8217;s research interests are self-tracking, self-measuring, interaction design, health and wellbeing. The thesis engages with the tension between technological possibilities and social as well as cultural factors. The research project&nbsp;focuses on how to support the development of reliable, efficient, ethical and sustainable technologies within this area. The aim of the&nbsp;PhD project is to contribute to new research methods and design methods for analysing or implementing datafication of health. It will present a design framework for developing an eHealth infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>All are welcome to attend the startup seminar.
