On Friday, May 4, Daniel Spikol<\/a> will hold his docent lecture titled The value of play and learning in the digital age<\/em>. Lecture will be held in Niagara lecture hall B1 (first floor) between 13:30 and (approximately) 14:15. It is followed by a reception in the Niagara 7th floor caf\u00e9 area.<\/strong> $\"\"$ <\/a><\/p>\n

Daniel Spikol has worked at Malm\u00f6 University since 2011. Prior to that, he was at Linn\u00e6us University and RISE’s Interactive Institute. Spikol’s passion is to design and develop digital experiences to provoke people’s curiosity to explore the physical and digital world around them. He combines a background in design, digital art, and computer science to investigate how people learn and play, and has over 60 scientific publications and digital art installations. He has worked for various companies, founded several companies, and actively works to integrate design, science, industry, and culture. <\/p>\n
