{"id":2139,"date":"2015-08-21T08:27:01","date_gmt":"2015-08-21T08:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/?p=2139"},"modified":"2015-08-21T09:14:59","modified_gmt":"2015-08-21T09:14:59","slug":"8-days-at-hiroshima-university-inu-masters-summer-school-on-global-citizenship-and-peace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/2015\/08\/21\/8-days-at-hiroshima-university-inu-masters-summer-school-on-global-citizenship-and-peace\/","title":{"rendered":"8 Days at Hiroshima University &#8211; INU Master&#8217;s Summer School on Global Citizenship and Peace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Even though we, Ellinor and Nora, did not find the time to post while we were in Japan, we would still like to share our experiences and impressions of those intense and amazing days we spent in Hiroshima University.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, August 4th<\/p>\n<p>Our first day at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inunis.net\/inu-summer-master-school-on-global-citizenship-and-peace\/\">INU Master\u2019s Summer School for Global Citizenship and Peace<\/a>. Before we had our first lecture we had a campus tour of Hiroshima University. It is the third largest campus in Hiroshima and is surrounded by beautiful mountains.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/files\/2015\/08\/campus-hiroshima.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2140\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/files\/2015\/08\/campus-hiroshima-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"campus hiroshima\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/files\/2015\/08\/campus-hiroshima-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogg.mah.se\/studyabroad\/files\/2015\/08\/campus-hiroshima.jpg 454w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards the first lecture started with the topic of Global Citizenship. We are 13 students from different countries that are participating in the course. A variety of different academic backgrounds are represented which really spurs interesting discussions.
